These terms govern your use of the aquedra.com website (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. Aquedra products such as HydroMap, CheckPredio and GISDeploy are separate services governed by their own terms, published on their respective sites.

The content of the Site is provided for general information about Aquedra, its products and its services. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and does not constitute engineering, legal or financial advice for any specific project or decision.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, brand and product names belong to Aquedra or their respective owners. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party sites and products
The Site links to Aquedra product sites (such as hydromap.art, checkpredio.cl and gisdeploy.com) and to third-party sites. Each of those services and sites is governed by its own terms and policies; contracting or using a product happens on that product's site, not on this one.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aquedra is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site or from decisions based on its informational content.
Operating entities and governing law
International operations are conducted by Aquedra, LLC, a Delaware (United States) limited liability company; operations in Chile are conducted by Aquedra SpA. These Site terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction. Services contracted in Chile with Aquedra SpA are governed by Chilean law.
