This policy describes how the aquedra.com website (the "Site") handles personal information. It applies to the Site only; Aquedra products such as HydroMap, CheckPredio and GISDeploy are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Aquedra. International operations are conducted by Aquedra, LLC, a Delaware (United States) limited liability company; operations in Chile are conducted by Aquedra SpA. For anything related to this policy, write to hello@aquedra.com.
What we collect
The Site collects personal information only when you submit the contact form: your name, email address, organization and message. That information is sent to us as an email (delivered through SendGrid, our email provider) and is not stored in a database on the Site.
Your IP address may be processed transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention when you submit the form.
Abuse prevention and infrastructure
The contact form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots. Site traffic is delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms (such as those required by Turnstile) may set data in your browser.
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain legitimate business records.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you sent us through the Site. Write to hello@aquedra.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
